Presentation Topic: PREVENTING “PROBLEM PERSONNEL” FROM BECOMING “PESKY PLAINTIFFS”

Speaker: Chris Osborn

Session Description: We all dread getting "the call"-- a supervisor has just terminated a "difficult" employee, but only now he thinks to tell you, "there could be trouble." In this interactive workshop, we'll view and discuss 3 original film vignettes to learn about recognizing the early warning signs of "problem personnel." Participants will leave equipped with practical strategies for managing these situations proactively, and keeping them from consuming even more time and energy in litigation.
